Care Relief & Dignity is our direct-response program that brings practical, compassionate support to families living with dementia. Through home visits, we offer short-term relief by providing what matters most: comfort, respect, and hands-on care.
🏠 Home-Based Health Assessments
We visit homes to assess the well-being of people living with dementia and their caregivers, offering tailored advice, emotional support, and practical interventions.
🎁 Dignity Kits
Each family receives a kit with essentials like adult diapers, gloves, soap, waterproof bedding, mattresses, and information materials—restoring comfort, hygiene, and dignity.
🩺 Follow-up & Referrals
Where necessary, we connect families to local health facilities, social workers, or emergency support to ensure continuity of care.
