Dementia remains widely misunderstood, especially in rural Kenya where stigma, fear, and misinformation lead families to suffer in silence. Our Awareness & Education program tackles this head-on by informing, demystifying, and empowering communities with knowledge.
🌍 Community Outreach
We meet people where they are—under trees, in church halls, mosques, market centers, and chief’s barazas. These forums allow us to speak directly with communities in their own language and cultural context.
📺 Media & Digital Engagement
From radio talk shows to WhatsApp videos, social media campaigns to YouTube storytelling—we use accessible platforms to spread dementia awareness far and wide.
🧾 Print & Visual Materials
We produce and distribute simple, visually engaging leaflets, posters, and handouts in Kiswahili and local dialects. Every material is designed to inform without overwhelming.
